The Effect of Brown Seaweed and Cattle Manure Combinations on The Properties of Eisenia fetida‘s Organic Fertilizer

In this study, the effect of brown seaweed (Cystoseira barbata) and cattle manure combinations were investigated as a worm food on properties Eisenia fetida manure. Seaweed Cystoseira barbata collected from coast Giresun, desalted dried then ground. Cattle was obtained breeding dairy had covered fermented. Food groups; 0% (control group); 5.45%; 10.90%; 21.81% 43.63% algae prepared containing three replicates given to worms. The experiment established in Giresun University Faculty Science Letters Biology laboratories according randomized plot design. vermicompost groups analyzed terms plant nutrients mineral levels. data showed that amount increased formula groups, metal levels Zn, Ni, Fe, Pb, Cr, Mn, Mg Cu decreased carbon, CaCO3, N, P K increased. This means barbata, which grows naturally our coasts, can be used structure vermicompost.
